Bow tie pasta with goat cheese?!

Question:

Bow tie pasta with goat cheese?

I'm looking for a recipe of a dish they served way back when in Rotellis...I'm sure its easy to recreate but im not that great of an improv cook :) It was a bow tie pasta with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, etc...and in a balsamic reduction sauce. Any ideas?

Answers:
I couldn't find anything directly related to the ingredients you mentioned. But here's a recipe that gives you a start. Just substitute your ingredients. I'm sure you can also find a recipe for a balsamic vinegar reduction.

Wow! Almost a day, and no more answers? I remembered I didn't include a site with the recipe. Meanwhile, here's a recipe for Portabellas stuffed with cheese and balsamic reduction. It might give you a start on the sauce.
