Recipe for apple slaw??!

Question:

Recipe for apple slaw??

This weekend my husband and I had the BEST apple slaw while at M & S Grill in Kansas City. I don't think it had any cabbage in it, the waiter did tell us that it had cumin as the "secret" ingredient. All the recipes I find contain cabbage...does anyone have an apple slaw recipe with NO cabbage??? THANKS!!
