Well it depends on what you want to eat, I have a really good recipe for a meat less spaghetti.

First in a big pot start your water boiling so you can put in the noddles, once it starts to boil go ahead and put in your noddles. You know they are ready when you can cut it easily, or take a noodle and throw it at the fridge, if it sticks you are good to go. Do not combine noodles with the rest until the end.

Now on to the really stuff. You will need tomatoes if you get large ones then you will need about 6 and medium will be about 12. If you like tomatoes you can always add more. You will also need red wine, I find a dry wine is better then a sweet. You will need garlic, basil, salt and pepper, extra virgin olive oil and parmasean aregiono.

Take a large frying pan and cover the bottom of your pan plus 1 inch and let boil. Next cut up your tomatoes into small pieces, once the water has started to boil add the tomatoes. Use a fork to press down the tomatoes and keep the boiling going. Next add about half a cup of red wine, and half a cup of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). STIR and let Boil. Add 2 teaspoons of garlic (fresh, if using canned/bottled use 3 teaspoons). Add 5 leaves of chopped basil. Add 3 teaspoons of salt and 3 teaspoons of pepper. Shred your chesse into the smallest you can, and add about half a cup to the spagheitte. Turn down and let simmer until your noodles are ready.

Once the noodles are ready, drain the water and put in a large bowl. Add your sauce and enjoy.

Depending on your tastes you may want to add more or less of an item.
