I am looking for a receipe for an orange drissel cake?!

Question:

I am looking for a receipe for an orange drissel cake?

it is a creamed cake mixture with the rind of an orange. When the cake is cooked and cooled fresh orange juice is poured over the top of the cake and a chocolate topping is added. I believe the original receipe came from the Women or Womens Own magazine in the late 60s or early 70s

Enjoy!!!!

It's a Victoria sponge mixture (equal weights of butter, flour, sugar and eggs) with the finely grated rind stirred in.

Bake at 180C or 350 F til skewer comes out of the middle clean.

Cool on rack

Make a syrup of orange juice and sugar.

Pour it over the cake when cool, so it soaks in.

Put the chocolate on last
