Please can any one tell me how crispy chilly beef is made?!

Please can any one tell me how crispy chilly beef is made?

I live in the republic of Ireland. But i am from England. Here in Ireland, the chinese resturtant's dont do it. So I thought someone might beable to tell me how to make my own.
Also if anyone knows how to do Crispy Seaweed.

Answers:
Take strips of beef and dip into flour/egg mix (egg makes it stick), stir fry with a little sweet and sour sauce (until all strips are covered) and carrot chips and add sliced chilli.

Crispy seaweed is actually made from green cabbage. Finely chop into strips, deep fry (careful- heat up oil, then lower heat - try with a bit at a time!), drain. Lightly salt with just the tiniest pinch of sugar added to it.

Enjoy.

BEEF dipped in bread flour then friend......goes with chillies.

hi, you make up a sauce using vinegar honey spices and chilli powder, mix well together cut you beef into small strips and let it all marinate for an hour, then cook it in a wok stirring all the time until the sauce becomes thick and coats the beef then you have to keep stirring until the sauce has coated the beef and their appears to be no sauce left it should now be coating the beef and ready to serve
