Does anyone Know how to pasteurize juice? (orange)?!

Question:

Does anyone Know how to pasteurize juice? (orange)?

is it a process the can be done in the home?

Answers:
Yes, but why would you want to? If you have fresh juice, its so much better for you in its raw form because it has nice healthy enzymes. When you heat it, you destroy the enzymes. To pasturize it, you just need to heat it to a temperature above 110 degrees for about 10 minutes, then cool it, bottle it, and refrigerate it. I just dont see the need

This is not a home process unless you can find a way to boil the juice at a high enough level to sanitize it without losing volume or flavor. I'd leave this one to the pros.....

Pasteurization is a heating process. You could boil it to be sure there are no living organisms. Otherwise you could not be sure that all parts reached the needed temperature..
