Yes! These are killer!~ I promise you. And oh so easy. :)

One Bowl Brownies

4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 F (325 F for glass baking dish). Grease 9x13 pan.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl
on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until
chocolate is completely melted.

Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended.
Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour
and nuts until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into
center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do NOT overbake.
Cool in pan. Cut into squares.

Makes about 24 brownies

BROWNIE MIX COCONUT SURPRISE

3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. brownie mix
1 1/2 c. moist coconut
2 eggs
1/4 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, flour, sugar and coconut until blended; spread in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes, remove from oven, spread brownie batter (prepared as directions on box) over coconut crust. Bake 25 more minutes, cut when cool

Best Brownies Ever

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.
In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

If you want to make brownies quickly, one of the best mixes is Betty Crockers deluxe Dark chocolate brownie mix. Its quick and easy if you don't feel like making homemade! :)

A good box of Brownie mix add half a bag of toffee chips and a bag of chocolate chips and 2 large teaspoons of instant coffee. mix and put in pan cook and 5 Min's before you take them out sprinkle rest of the bag of toffee chips

Brownies shouldn't be like cake. They should be really, really dense. This is about as easy as it gets.

Katharine Hepburn's Brownies

1. Melt together 1 stick butter and 2 squares unsweetened chocolate and take the saucepan off the heat.

2. Stir in 1 cup sugar, add 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and beat the mixture well.

3. Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 cup chopped walnuts.

4. Bake the brownies in a buttered and floured 8-inch-square pan at 325°F for about 40 minutes.

Once they have cooled, cut into squares

Kathy's right-one bowl brownie recipe is the BEST! It's on the baker's chocolate unsweetened box-so delish!! Just do not over bake them.
