What are your favorite food-related scents?

mine are (in no particular order) vanilla, garlic, white truffle


Answers:
The smell of frying bacon is right up there!

Vanilla is also nice, but too much of it can be cloying. The smell of bread baking is good, and so is the smell of pasta sauce that's been simmering all day.

Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla (preferrably all together, like cookies or french toast or apple crisp...yummy).

Roasting garlic ...... yum !

popcorn, cotton candy, pizza, chocolate chip cookies

vanilla, marshmallows, cinnamon

Cooking garlic!

pasta, roast beef, garlic

homade bread baking.
brownees
barbeque(any)

Pumpkin pie

Almond, Banana, Cinnamon, Rum, Vanilla, Orange, Honey( or Royal cream).

sage, basil, garlic, citrus(lemon or lime zest and juice)

vanilla-nutmeg and apple-cinnamon by far. Popcorn also gets an honorable mention.

Vanilla, buttercream, chocolate chip cookies, garlic, chocolate, grilled steak, bacon, freshly baked bread, and grandma's homemade sauce.

Garlic,Bacon and Coffee

i love lemon and the smell of sofrito (garlic, onions and peppers).. and basil...ooohh.. and browning butter.. yum!

honey, vanilla, chocolate chip cookies, garlic, cilantro (yumm!), oranges, mint leaves, coffee, fresh baked bread, fresh mangos, butterscotch, fresh roasted pretzels
