I need a dinner recipe with minimal tools!?!

Question:

I need a dinner recipe with minimal tools!?

My boyfriend just moved in to his apt...I brought over a few things to hold him over but I want to cook dinner there tonight. We had pasta last night, so I don't want that again..
He has...
1 large frying pan
1 large sauce pan and lid
1 colander
1 wooden spoon
1 cutting board
tin foil
salt
pepper
crushed red pepper
fresh basil
grated parmesan
zuccini
summer squash
onion
but I am sending him to the store to get more stuff (not a alot though because we are on a budget)
There is no casserole dish, or anything to bake in...

Any suggestions?

Answers:
if he gets just a pound of ground beef you can make stuffed zucchini and squash....
brown ground beef and onion, cut zucchini and squash in half long ways, scoop out "meat" from middle, reserve. add the insides of the zucchini and squash to hamburg mixture, season with salt and pepper. put halved zucchini and squash on foil and put hamburger mixture inside, top with Parmesan. bake in a 350' oven until tops get browned and cheese "melts". (you may have to trim the bottom of the zucchini and squash so they lie flat on the foil)
Enjoy

Buy some meat, & any kind of bread you like or some instant rice to go w/ it & just stir fry everything. Even the squash & zuccini & onion, I mean everything, :P makes it tastier. ^_^ Real easy.

I would get some beef or chicken, slice it thin, and make a nice stir fry in the fry pan with a little oil...add in some chopped garlic, onion, zucchini, yellow squash, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Make up some rice in the sauce pot and throw your stir fry over it! easy!!
