What should I make for dinner??!

Question:

What should I make for dinner??

It will basically just be for my 3 year old cause I dont have much of an appetite anymore... I want to cook him something he'll love, but I want it to be healthy for him also? Any Suggestions?

Answers:
Make spaghetti and meat sauce or macaroni and cheese.Kids love pasta. The bigger issue here sounds like you need to address why you no longer have an appetite. Please take care of yourself,so you can take care of your son.

One option:
Organic Macaroni and Cheese (Kraft sells organic now) with a slice of 100% Whole Wheat toast spread with Low Fat Butter. Add a glass of milk and sliced apples (or other fruit of your choice) for dessert. Tasty and nutritious!

2nd option:
Spaghetti Ohs or Chef Boyardee Ravioli with a slice of garlic cheese toast (I like Peperidge Farm brand). Add a glass of fruit juice and some cookies for dessert. Yummy and fun!

Boil some whole grain pasta (elbows or twisties). Quickly steam some fresh veggies like carrots, peas, string beans, asparagus all cut in small uniform pieces. Toss it all together with a little butter and oliveoil. He can even eat it with his fingers. Let me know if you likemy suggestion.

Take some peanutbutter and put on to two pices of bread and then butter the other sides as if you are making grill cheese. If you have a banana slice in half and put on. Cook on stove till golden brown. Put Jam on one side yummy. Great pasta dish would be alright but all you people have said that but I'm going to say something else here soup like a good chicken noodle or something along those lines. Make fruit desert if you got anything in the fridge. Add ice cream to liven it up a bit.
