Answers:
LARGE YORKSHIRE PUDDING
recipe reviews your notes introduction
This recipe has been made in my family for several generation & comes from Dronfield,Yorkshire, England so it's the real thing.

serving size unit

1 Yorkshire Pudding

serving size

serves 8
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt

PAM for spraying baking dish

4 TSP Beef drippings preparation
Preheat oven to 450F

Mix first 4 ingredients well to incorporate air; let sit 10 minutes.

Spray bottom & insides of
1&3/4 Qt. Corningware bowl, add beef drippings, bring up to 450F pour-in pudding mixture, bake(on lower shelf) at 450F 30 minutes, reduce heat & bake at 350F 15 minutes (do NOT open oven whilst baking as pudding will fall)

Remove from oven (if there are any beef dripping on top, add to gravy & using spatula, transfer Yorkshire Pudding to serving plate & slice. Pudding will fall when sliced. Serve with gravy. Use as substitute for potatoes. Submitted by scarletlancer
