Way too manyTomato's?

Can you freeze them? If no something to do with them other then salsa & tomato sauce! I bought a flat of 60 and still have like 25 left! Help!

says you can freeze them, and tells you how to go about doing it.

You could make stewed tomatoes and freeze them, they go well over rice, you could add some beans, you can freeze sauce too, I've also had them stuffed with tuna salad on a bed of lettuce. You just core them out and stuff.

U CAN MAKE BUTTER SAUCE N FREEZE IT!!!

make a massive batch of bolognaise sauce and freeze it...

or sundry them, not sure exactly how, but my old neighbor is italian old lady and she slices them up and puts on those trays made from bamboo that you use under your paper plates in the sunny windowsill and makes pasta sauce and antipasto stuff with them once they are dried. Not sure how long they keep though.

You cant freeze them you could do a lot of stuff with tomato. we used it in every food we cook, gives good flavor and color,But you could cut tomatoes, chili's, onion, and a little of salt fried all together and u got a good salsa.
