Should pork turn brown or white when it is fully cooked (by frying)?!

Question:

Should pork turn brown or white when it is fully cooked (by frying)?

Answers:
depends on the type of cut it is (piece of meat). Some keeps a pinkish tinge, like sausage, and some turns white, like boneless cuts. The important thing is your internal temperature. I can't remember if it's 130F or 160F; pkg should tell you. Also purchase a thermometer in the cooking section of any store.

I work in a raw meat plant.

white

the inside stays pretty white, except if it is a large roast then some areas are brown but for the most part its white

The inside should be white, if not cooked properly, it'll stay pink, and thats not good for you to consume.

Cook the pork till the internal temp is 160 degrees don`t worry about the color it`s the temp you need to worry about.

Just out of interest cook it real slow in the oven with a whole big tin of pineapple juice it tastes great. turn it from time to time of course.

brown
