Answers:
I hope you like it.

Hot Chocolate Recipe:

-2 cups (480 ml) milk
-1 1/2 ounces (45 grams) semisweet chocolate, chopped

For Garnish:
-Softly whipped cream or marshmallows
-Grated chocolate or cocoa powder

Place the milk and chopped chocolate (can also add sugar to taste) in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk periodically until the mixture reaches the boiling point and is foamy. Remove from heat and if more foam is desired, use a wire whisk or hand held blender to whip the hot chocolate.

Pour the hot chocolate into two cups and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream (or handful of marshmallows) and a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.

-3 ounces (90 grams) white chocolate, chopped (I use Lindt)
-1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder
-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For Garnish:
-Grated chocolate or cocoa powder
-Softly whipped cream

Place the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is nice and hot.

Meanwhile, place the chopped chocolate, instant coffee powder, and vanilla extract in your blender. Then pour the hot milk into the blender and process until nice and foamy.

Pour the hot white chocolate into two cups and garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate. Can also garnish with softly whipped cream.

This a great way to make the best hot chocolate, cappuccino or frothy milk drinks at home without having to buy any expensive machinery. All you need is a good-sized thermos flask or a plastic jug with a screw-top lid. I've even made pukka ovaltine like this! This takes around 3 or 4 minutes to make.

1 pint milk
2 tablespoons the best hot chocolate powder
A handful of marshmallows

Firstly, put a pan of milk on to the heat. Bring to a simmer, not a boil, and while it's heating, put a tablespoon of chocolate powder into each mug. Add a little warmish milk from the pan to each mug, you just need enough to dissolve the chocolate powder.
At this point, plonk a few marshmallows into each mug. When the milk is at a simmer, carefully pour it into a plastic jug or flask. I normally do this over a sink as I always end up spilling a bit (the trick is to have a big enough jug or flask so the milk only half fills it: you need the extra space for shaking and frothing).
Screw the lid on tightly, place a cloth over the lid for safety, and shake hard for a minute. Remove the lid, minding the steam, and pour into your mugs. A little stir and you can slurp your way to heaven!

Hot chocolate for 1 person....heat the required amount of milk in a jug in the microwave for approx 1 min and 30 secs, using a hand blender buzz the milk for about 30 seconds and put back in the microwave for another minute watching carefully it doesnt over flow. Have cup ready with hot chocolate and sugar to taste. Pour in milk and spoon on froth like a cappacino and shake a little cholcolate powder over top and walah but becareful it will be very hot. This can be done with coffee as well and using cold milk to start with will bring the best result re froth

What I do is get a container of "HERSHEYS COCOA" an follow the directions on the side label. I grew up drinking it.
Makes an Awesome cup of Hot Chocolate.

Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix
* 10-2/3 cups instant nonfat powdered milk
* 6 oz. jar powdered nondairy creamer
* 4 cups powdered sugar
* 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 bag mini marshmallows

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place. This makes 17 cups of mix.

For one serving, stir 3 tablespoons Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix into 1 cup of hot water until dissolved. I prefer using hot milk in place of the hot water, for a richer and more gentle taste.
