Here are a bunch of salsa recipes. I personally like mango salsa with cilantro on grilled fish!

* 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
*
* 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
3. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
4. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit and spice mixture.
Keep it simple - fresh tomato, cilantro and some onion. Chop it up and mix it together.

Add cut onions, cut cilantro leaves and minced garlic
Add salt.
Eat with tortilla chips.
Mmmmmmmmmmmm....... yummy
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 small onion
2 jalape?o (if you want it to be less spicy remove the seeds)
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 of a green pepper
1 small can of tomato paste
Take the first 5 ingredients and pulse them in a food processor (be careful not to do this too much as you want the salsa to be a little chunky) Combine all the ingredients with the tomato paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refigerate for at least an hour.
Do not use canned tomatoes... you may as well serve it with Velveta if you do. Fresh tomatoes, jalapenos, red onion, fresh chopped cilantro, cider vinegar, sugar, salt. Fresh, crisp and simple.
OR
Pineapple, cilantro, red onions, garahm marsala and jalapenos. Excellent with grilled chicken and rice.
I got a recipe from a manager at a Mexican restaurant for the best salsa that I've ever had. I'm always having to make it for friends and family. It's not the chunky kind. Very simple to make!
1 large can of whole tomatoes (Hunt's is the best)
1 white onion (only white)
garlic powder to taste (usually several teaspoons)
salt to taste
1 - 2 jalepeno's (depending on how hot you like it)
cilantra (Do Not Put In Blender)
Blend (I use a small Kitchen Aid Chopper) some tomatoes, onion, jalepeno's, garlic powder, and salt, then pour into a large bowl. Repeat several times. I usually chop some onion very small and add to the bowl of salsa so I have some pieces of onion in it. After all blended, add cilantra to the salsa and chill.
I buy it at the grocery store, let someone else do it.
