What is the easiest way to marinate beef?
i am trying to marinate beef but i have no clue on what to use.
Answers:
balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, salt and pepper in a freezer bag, in the fridge for a couple of hours.
I like to just put into a dish and soak it in balsamic vinager and whatever spices I have. Or, just salt pepper and garlic will work too. Also stab it with a fork a few times so the vinager mix seeps into the beef. Let it soak for a day, and every once and a while spoon some of the liquid back on top of the beef.
Quick and easy marinade..... Large zip-bag.... place meat into bag with garlic, pepper, and Italian Seasoned Salad Dressing. Let set for a few hours in the fridge and then grill as normal.....
You can by packaged marinates or sauces for marinating that are pretty good. Hit the grocery store and pick a flavor.
You could use, ginger and soy or garlic, rosemary and olive oil...use you imagination, cooking is about experimenting and having fun...
The easiest way is to buy an already prepared marinade at the store. Many flavors to choose from. Put the meat in a plastic bag or in a pan, pour on the marinade and refrigerate for an hour or so. Longer if you want a stronger flavor.
have some one else do it for you
It depends on the cut...If you get some inexpensive steaks you can marinate it in Whishbone Robusto Italian dressing in a ziplock bag for a day or overnight...it comes out sooo good on the grill. If you have brisket I would use some Claude's sauce and marinate it overnight in foil in a glass dish. You can also make a mixture of olive oil and an acidic such as balsamic vinegar or citrus (lemon or lime) add chopped onion, green pepper etc... salt pepper and your meat to a ziplock or in a seal able container a day or overnight.
1/2 cup redwine vinegar (or use red wine and vinegar), 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of oil garlic, italian spices, salt pepper. Mix well and let sit for a few hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator. I guarantee it will make your beef taste like candy
w/olive oil and vinager and dash of salt, garlic and rosemary
Soy sauce is always a good place to start. Probably best to use light soy sauce if u have it.... not such a strong flavour. Use something acidic like vinegar..balsamic is good. Add some crushed garlic & some ginger..some pepper (u wont need salt if u use soy sauce) u can also add some honey if want it to be a bit sweet but be careful because this will caramelise when u cook it. u can pretty much add whatever herbs u want also.
the easiest way is to buy a bottle of italian salad dressing and pour over your meat for afew hours or overnight
Ziploc baggy has been one of the best inventions for the home chef ever!
We like Lawry's Chipotle-Lime marinade and Goya's Mojo-Criolla marinade.
Throw your meat and marinade in the ziploc and marinate!
Hmmmm? Well for starters, why not try leaving the beef in its own natural marinade? Its blood! Ever seen the fear on an animals face when about to be brutally and slowly killed?
I use dark soy sauce (light is far to salty) garlic, red chilli, salt and black pepper. Leave it for a couple of hours in the fridge. It goes well with plain rice. Or I cook it really slowly in beef stock (cube) salt and pepper. Great with mash potatoe
