How is butter made?


Answers:
As heavy cream is stirred, the clumps of fat in the cream stick together. Then the excess moisture is squeezed from the clump, and molded into the desired shape. Or at least that was how it was done. Now with the miracle of chemicals, they probably just mix cream with a bunch of chemicals and squirt into a rectangular mold.

From cream/milk - churned until it's butter!

First collect the cream that comes in your milk that you boil.Then make it curd,put it in mixi the next day.You can have delicious butter milk and butter.Now separate both and keep it in fridge.Try and tell me your opinion.

When I was growing up on the farm, we'd take straight pasturized milk from the cow, place it in a jar, close it, and shake the living hell out of it. You can try the same thing with buttermilk bought from the store, and get the same results.
Whats left over is almost like skim milk.

You can make your own butter by getting whipping cream, use an electric mixer and mix until it gets heavy add some salt and continue whipping until it turns into butter.

Heavy cream is taken and churned in a machine. After a long period of churning the cream, butter is produced. The butter is usually white, not yellow, but food colouring is added to make it look nicer.
