Infused oils are easy. Slightly warm the oil - it should be warm to touch but not hot. Add some lemon zest (the yellow part of the skin and no white) and some fresh peeled ginger. Pour into a jar or bottle and let sit in a cool dry place for a couple of days. That's it.
