Can you fix an underbaked cheesecake after it has been refridgerated and cut?!

Question:

Can you fix an underbaked cheesecake after it has been refridgerated and cut?

i followed a recipe for a banana cream cheesecake, baked it, cooled it at room temp. removed the ring from the pan, refridgerated it overnight and when i cut into it, it looks a little doughy in spots.

Answers:
Doughy? cheesecake shouldn't be doughy...You probably didn't mix the cheeses together enough so people will get chunks of cheese....or maybe they are pieces of banana?

anyway I suggest mixing the whole thing again, break apart your current cake and get it nice and crumbly, then make a yummy cheesecake sauce

I suggest raspberry since you used banana's already, or banana if you want

you get the frozen berries and put them in a saucepan with a tiny bit of water, a splash of rum and a lot of sugar and let it get all thick and sweet

then make/get miniature graham cracker pie shells or just a good cookie or those tiny chocolate shells they use for chocolate mousse

put a little of the newly whipped cheesecake in and top it with a little bit of sauce and a dab of whipped cream and a slice of banana

and there you go!!

no. unfortunately not. However, you could just mix it into a bowl, and scoop into dishes and add some fresh sliced bananas on top and some cool whip. it will be ok
