no bailey's recipes please...ew

Answers:
Put coffee ice cream along with a little whole milk in a blender to make a coffee shake/frappe. Add whiskey to suit, blend, and serve, perhaps with a little whipped cream on top. If you can't get coffee ice cream, use ice, cold strong coffee, sugar, and thick or light cream to make something like it in a blender. Yes, Bailey's is nasty - use the whiskey of your choice (Bushmill's, Jameson's, etc). For variety, you can add something like a little cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate syrup, or vanilla. Don't have too many of these, or you'll find the pounds really packing on.

Frozen Irish Coffee

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
5 oz hot black coffee
1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
1 tsp sugar

Shake briefly in a highball glass with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice. Top with ice cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve with straws.
