Cups are measures of volume and grams are measures of weight, you can't convert one to the other.

Go here to convert ounces to grams and fluid ounces/cups to milliliters: http://www.metric-conversions.org/weight...

Go to Google.com and search "conversion table for cups to grams" Good luck!

This site helps me a lot when I need to convert anything. :)
