Anyone know any easy chocolate desserts?!

Question:

Anyone know any easy chocolate desserts?

Answers:
Brownie Trifle - very simple, it's a cheat kind of recipe. You just make a box of brownies and crumble them up. Make a package of chocolate mousse (if it is a big dish you might want 2 packages of mousse). Line the bottom of the bowl with half of the crumbled brownies, top with a layer of mousse and then a layer of cool whip. Repeat. You can sprinkle any kind of chopped up candy bar in the layers and then on top for interest such as Heath, Butterfinger, Oreos, etc.

Hershey Bars:)

Better Than Sex Cake...

Bake one german chocolate cake mix as directed, but 15 minutes into baking, sprinkle with 1/2 c. chocolate chips.

After cake is done, poke holes into it with a wooden spoon handle, and while it's still hot pour over one can Sweetened Condensed milk (like Eagle brand) and one jar of caramel ice cream topping. Let it cool, then top with a container of cool whip. Sprinkle with crushed heath bars.

Store in fridge or freezer till ready to serve. Serve COLD.

This is soooo good and soo easy!

I'd go with the easiest being chocolate covered strawberries. You can use white chocolate, too. These always go really fast at parties and sit out well. They also don't require extra plates & utensils.

Chocolate Weet-Bix Slice Recipe

60g dark chocolate
110g butter
1 tablespoon (20ml) golden syrup
3 Weet-Bix
100g (1 cup + 2 tablespoons) coconut
110g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
75g (1/2 cup) self raising flour
1 tablespoon coconut, extra

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, or 160 degrees Celsius for a fan forced oven. Lightly grease an 18cm x 28cm slice tin.

Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat, stirring occasionally. When melted, remove from heat and stir in golden syrup.

Finely crush Weet-Bix by breaking them up with your fingers or using a food processor.

Combine coconut, brown sugar, Weet-Bix and flours in a large bowl. Add chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Press mixture into prepared tin.

Choc Weet-Bix Slice before baking.

Bake for 15-20 minutes (the longer cooking time gives a crunchier result). Remove from oven and allow slice to cool for one minute before gently spreading with icing. Sprinkle with extra tablespoon of coconut.

Cut into squares when cold and store in an airtight container.

Chocolate Icing

10g (1 tablespoon) cocoa

1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons milk

Sift icing sugar and cocoa together into a medium bowl. Add butter and milk and stir until smooth and spreadable.

Home made chocolate frosting:

If you don't like chocolate butter cream frosting, you may like this:

Melt in the microwave or use a double boiler 3/4 bag of semi-sweet or milk or dark or white chocolate chips with a can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix it well and let it cool in the refrigerator. Once you can spread it with a knife, you have a great frosting for cake or cupcakes or even brownies.

I have even tried this recipe for making cream cheese frosting.

It's very sweet.
