Ruby Tuesday New Orleans Seafood recipe?
I had this dish one evening and it was delicious! I was wondering if anyone knows the recipe for the Tilapia and parmesan cream sauce in this dish or has a similar recipe?

this is pretty close..
***pan fry Tilapia coated in cajun seasonings(I use Paul Prudhomme's blackened redfish magic from the chain grocery) and butter with a dash of olive oil to bring up the smoke temp.
***place cooked fish on plate in warm oven(200 degrees to keep warm)
***use fish pan to sautee shrimp in butter, olive oil, and 3 cloves garlic, minced
***place shrimp on fish
***drizzle warmed garlic alfredo sauce over fish and shrimp
***sprinkle with dash cajun seasoning and parsley over plate
