Spicy spices?!

There a spice call "Chicken Spice."

garlic, cumin and diced hot green peppers...little lime/salt

I was just reading today that chicken is great when you use old bay seasoning on it........really, I never thought of it for chicken but my husband said he had it and it was great, he also uses it for hamburgers and stuff......happy cooking!

red pepper flakes, chili pepper powder, tabasco

I would make a masala of cumin, ground coriander, ground ginger and turmeric. Then add green cardamom seeds, mix with a little water to a paste....fry it gently for 1 minute to release the oil then brush it over the chicken before cooking.

Tony's creole is the best spice, but if you want really spicy then tabasco peppers and cayenne pepper.

Lawry's seasoning salt, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion pepper. I add a tablespoon of all but the salt (tspn) to 1 cup flour. Coat the chicken with the flour mixture then fry or bake.

Depends. You can use Curry if that's the spiciness you're looking for. Also Chinese chili garlic sauce is good. There is always chipotle peppers or jalapeno or tons of other peppers. Out of the spice rack I would use cayanne or maybe chili powder. Cumin gives a smoky flovor without heat. there are tons of combinations. You won't know what you like unless you try them.

You can use some Cajun seasoning and sprinkle it on good.Spicy is good, and cayenne pepper is hot....

East Meets West With Ming Tsai
(foodnetwork.com)
4 chicken legs, rinsed and patted dry
4 chicken thighs, rinsed and patted dry
4 breasts with the wing attached, rinsed and patted dry
4 cups yogurt (may substitute with buttermilk)
1/4 cup sambal
2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon ginger, finely minced
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup naturally brewed soy sauce
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
2 lemons, juiced
3 cups panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon togarashi
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cumin
Salt for seasoning
Canola oil for frying

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, sambal, garlic, ginger, honey, soy, black pepper and lemon juice. Mix chicken in the bowl and let marinate at least 4 hours, preferable overnight. In another large bowl, mix together the panko, togarashi, paprika, sesame seeds and cumin. Pull the chicken out of the marinade and season lightly with salt. Place chicken in panko bowl and completely coat the chicken. Heat oil to 350 degrees and fry until brown. May have to do heat transfer on the larger pieces, (Pulling the chicken out of the fryer and resting for 3 to 5 minutes, before finishing the frying.) Drain on paper towels and season again lightly with salt.

Salt black pepper and Cayenne pepper and garlic

Jamaican Jerk Rub....some are spicier than others but they're all good.

Depends on the kind of spice you want really...

I like mine to be a little asian-esque.

Use Red Curry powder, crushed red peppers, garlic, lime, and some Sriracha hot sauce.

cayenne pepper. you can also use red pepper flakes.
