i love potatoes too. i like them twice baked, boiled, baked, fried, smothered, au gratin, mashed, soup, chips, roasted,herbed, sauteed, and grilled.

You are so right, I love POTATOES. I can make a meal out of potatoes.
The trouble is, anything I make is fattening.
Not that I put a lot of sauces on, I just eat too much of them.
One favorite is potato wedges, which I par cook for 15 minutes in the microwave. Then I season put olive oil an them , salt, pepper,granulated garlic and onion and fry them in a frying pan or bake them for 30 minutes in the oven.
