I 'm doing a recipe sorta project and the recipe I'm using calls for half and half cream.

half and half consists of even portions of heavy whipping cream and milk. you can make it yourself just buy the whipping cream in the same section as the milk. you can also use heavy whipping cream to make sour cream, just add 1 tblsp to 2 tblsps of vinegar to 1 cup of heavy cream and stir add a bit of salt and there you have it.
