What are some good recipes that use Ramen noodles?!

Question:

What are some good recipes that use Ramen noodles?

Answers:
personally I cook my ramen soup and add tofu cubes, and spinach, but there is a great salad w/ shredded cabbage and carrots, sliced almonds, green onions, and dried top ramen noodles crushed and mixed. In bowl mix rice vinegar & oil, salt, pepper to taste, and sprinkle some sesame seeds, pour over your noodles and veggies and this is a great salad

I like beef ramen noodle. This is how my japanese friend used to make her own ramen noodle. I taste it before and for me it was excellent.

1.chopped some spring onion and minced some garlic. Slice the beef into thin slices.
2.boil the sliced beef, spring onion and minced garlic inside a pan with one or two glass of water to make the soup.
3.you can add chopped japanese soft tofu, or egg tofu inside the soup. but remember not to boiled the tofu for too long because it will easily break.
4.add some salt (depends on you), 1/6 teaspoon of sugar( really-really small amount, don't put it too much), also add some blackpepper(if you like) and 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil.also put small amount of soysauce.
5. for the noodles, don't boiled that too long because soft rame noodle won't taste too good.
6.voila! It's finish. You also can eat this with chilli powder or if you like, you can add wakame (seaweed) for the soup.
