Weight Watchers magazine.

I didn't have butter once and I used Honey. I just followed the directions as if using butter. It tastes really good and doesn't have all the fat of using butter.

I use either oil, or applesauce, make sure you refrigerate it,yummo, good luck

i found one but you have to bake the crust

INGREDIENTS

* 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
* 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, yogurt, and brown sugar. Press mixture firmly into a 9 inch pie pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Well...

You could probably use some kind of oil (not olive, it would mess up the flavor). If you're trying to avoid fat I'd use an egg, which has good fat at least, then bake it before adding the filling.

The honey doesn't sound like a bad idea either, though a little sweet. Make sure you omit the sugar.
