How do you make fried rice like myabi's?!

Question:

How do you make fried rice like myabi's?

Answers:
I don't know what Myabi's is. But here is my fried rice recipe, which everyone seems to like. I use a wok - but if you don't have one a good non-stick pan should be fine.

3 cups pre-cooked, cooled white rice (spread out on a tray to let it dry out a little in the fridge overnight)
1 onion cut into little pieces.
2 long green shallots cut up
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
5 rashers bacon (cut into little squares)
1/2 cup green frozen peas
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1 small can pineapple (optional)

Break the eggs in a bowl and mix. Cook like a pancake in a little oil. Take out of pan and cut into pieces. Put aside.

Fry up bacon pieces and onion. Remove from pan.

Put rice and all other ingredients in pan. Fry, tossing regularly. Add the egg and bacon.

Serve hot.

You can add tiny shrimp if you like, or little pieces of chinese pork. It is all good.

Wash and finely chop the green onion. Lightly beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add the rice. Stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsticks or a wooden spoon to break it apart. Stir in the soy sauce or oyster sauce as desired.

When the rice is heated through, add the scrambled egg back into the pan. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the green onion. Serve hot.
