I love blue cheese burgers.
Season ground beef with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Make a ball of hamburger meat, then with your finger make a hole. Stuff the hole with a nice size chunk of blue cheese then close the hole by sealing the meat. Mold the meat into the shape of a pattie. Grill until done. Serve on a toasted bun with sliced avocado, onion slices, tomato, lettuce, and whatever condiments you prefer.
Delicious!!!
I simply use ground round. I make a 6 ounce burger, sprinkle with McCormicks Broiled Steak seasoning (it's awesome) and grill.
Top with cheese (cheddar) bacon lettuce tomato onion mayo and ketchup. Had one today!
cook with a little teryaki sauce
salt n pepper.top with pinapple
bacon slices swiss cheese and
serve on a sweet onion bun.
added-
sometimes I use a egg and bread crumbs
but I consider it a meatloaf burger than.
if you kinda knead regular ones into
a ball I find they stick
but I also use a thick teyaki most the time
or worstershire and they stick fine.
Try stuffed burgers. Take your good ground beef and add any seasoning you like then while pattying the meat make a little place in the middle and put shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon in it. Form the burger around the stuffing and cook the burgers on the grill or skillet. Top with your favorite things like tomato, lettuce and onion. Enjoy!
Aussie Beef Burgers
An Australian beef burger that puts all the flavour in the burger and can be served with plain sides like bread and a little sauce. This is quite a mild tasting burger, if serving for people who enjoy hot foods add chili sauce and/or chopped chili.

1 large onion, finely diced
1 small carrot, finely diced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 medium eggs
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1. Mix all ingredients very well in a bowl and place in refrigerator for an hour or so (optional).
2. Form into burgers the size and shape of your liking, keeping them rounder but fairly flat helps them cook throughout.
3. Cook on a BBQ or grill around 7 minutes per side or until done to your preference. The carrot and onion make this a little crumblier than some burgers so turn carefully.
My wife uses an egg to bind the meat.
I cook burgers with bacon fat.
I also tried eating burgers marinated in soy sauce - bit salty if one does not control the mix....
i use ground chuck and then i mix seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in the meat. then, i cook it in a hot cast iron skillet seared on both sides until its done. i then throw some sliced onions in the pan and season them up too. i cook them until the onions are soft and nicely browned. then i top it on a fresh bun with american cheese.
breadcrumb holds the meat together but beef itself has moisture . to cook the good beefburgers you need fresh meat , ground the meat season with salt pepper fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary .to me I will add some foie gars and pickle cucumber then mix with the breadcrumb.. one thing is don't keep your meats in the chiller for too long . it will lose the flavour
You can make any type of burger listed or otherwise, but the best I have ever tasted I purchased from the grocery store - they are called Bubba Burgers. Seriously, they are delicious!
