How do you make the Chicken Fajita Salad that Wal-Mart sells in it's Deli?!

Question:

How do you make the Chicken Fajita Salad that Wal-Mart sells in it's Deli?

I love this salad. I can tell it has Red & Green Bell Peppers, Chicken Breast Fajita's and red onion. I am curious as to the dressing and the fine strips of some kind of veggie that is also in it. There is no lettuce in this salad.

Thanks for all the help.

Answers:
Chicken Fajita Salad
Ingredients:

? 1/2 cup sour cream
? 1/4 tsp. cumin
? 1/4 tsp. chili powder
? 1 tsp. lemon juice
? 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
? Cooking oil
? 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
? 1/2 medium onion, chopped
? 1/2 to 1 cup salsa
? 8 cups torn lettuce
?
Method:

Mix the sour cream, cumin, chili powder and lemon juice together in a small bowl; refrigerate. Fry chicken in a small amount of oil until almost done. Add green pepper and onion; cook until chicken is done and vegetables are tender-crisp. Add desired amount of salsa to moisten; heat through. Remove from heat. Divide lettuce among 4 plates. Put 1/4 of chicken mixture on top of each plate of lettuce. Drizzle the sour cream mixture over the top.
Notes:

I use around 1 cup of the salsa to moisten, because I love salsa.

Number of servings: 4
