Can u boil frozen chicken?!

Question:

Can u boil frozen chicken?

if so how long does it take to cook, and does it taste any good?

Answers:
You can but it is better to thaw it first. If you cook it I would suggest a simmer first. Boiling it would just dry it right out.

Yes, it tastes fine. Use chicken broth instead of water. How long it takes depends on the size of the chicken...I either use a thermometer or wait till it floats.

You can.

You can also swim with sharks, that does not mean you should do it.

yes you can boil frozen chicken. and it wont take that long bcuz chicken cooks fast.... you must put season in order for it to taste and good

i wouldn't recommend it, but you could. i'd cook it very low and with a lid on it. it should be done in a couple of hours or so.

yes you can boil frozen chicken, it takes about 45 min to an hour and if you season it right it taste good.

Not a good idea. If you cook it frozen, whether you boil it or use some other method, it will cook at different rates (as bits defrost), and you could have some over-cooked and other bits still raw. And if you cooked it long enough to garantee it was throughly cooked, it would be watery mush anyway. So not a good idea, unless you like watery mush?

you can't . it will over cook the chicken outside but inside still under cook or just cook . if you want it taste good you should have a good chicken stock to poach the chicken and season the stock with garlic , thyme , bay leave peppercorn , and vegetable . ... if you like . keep the temperature at 70-80 never boiling .it takes about 1 hours to cook a whole chicken . 25Min's to cook chicken leg . don't forget the basic skill of cooking the chicken is to poach on it own stock .which means keep flavour

yeah you can. and since its frozen i would give it at least an hour but just keep checking it to make sure its done. and yes it is good
