Which is healthier? grilled fish or chicken?

im trying to eat health and i jus wanted to be sure im on the right track

grilled food is usually good esp. with fish or chicken. try grilled or rather steamed veggies to go with it. i would say fish.

Chicken! Many fish have high levels of mercury that can be very bad for your overall health. Chicken has high protien and low fat. Fish is good also but dont eat it daily. Check with your health food store for your best advice. good luck

Fish is better but make sure is fresh and local or when purchased it should not smell like fish, if you can't find it get chicken but I thin the Tyson brand (not so sure) has no hormones and definitely don't eat the skin or the wings

Omega-3 fatty fish like tuna and salmon can boost antioxidant levels as well as having essential amino acids. But neither chicken nor fish of any kind can be considered an unhealthy food. If you're that concerned, well, then you're too concerned!

As for mercury containing fish, the truth is most don't. The smaller the fish, the less mercury it contains. So unless you're eating shark on a regular basis you're probably okay. Your local fishmonger and probably grocery store will have a pamphlet with the most "toxic" kinds of fish. For a healthy, non pregnant adult, even moderate consumption of mercury containing fish is okay.

They are both good. However, the fish you are eating could contain mercury. Google fish and mercury and you will learn just how much the earth is polluted. It's really sad because what once was healthy could now be deadly.

depends on what you add to it. most things in reasonable portions are healthy. eating a triple cheeseburger is not healthy.
