What shall I put on them?
1. Butcher's best sausages and grilled back bacon
2. Honey and mustard roast ham and vine tomato
3. Rare roast beef and horseradish mustard
4. Mature cheddar and my own homemade red onion chutney
5. My own home made chicken tikka and lemony mint and yoghurt dressing and salad
6. poached salmon and lime mayo with rocket
7. Hot roast pork, stuffing and applesauce
8. just real fresh dairy butter
9. butter and garlic fried portabello mushroom with smoked ham
10. oriental style chicken with hoi-sin sauce


Answers:
For me all of them on the side yum yum yum, but if you have a minute and you really make your own red onion chutney I would kill for a good recipe for it!

well, you have lots of choices here but i would go with number 8 or 9

8 - just real fresh dairy butter (margarine will dio nicely thank you).

#8 on the first, as soon as you pop it out of the oven. Then #4 on the second. Doggonit, now I'm all hungry!
