Answers:
noodles rules

BREAD .. I ALWAYS EAT THAT .. ITS CHEAP AND EASY TO HANDLE

nothing that is healthy is cheap....nothing that goes in the microwave is healthy.....you are out of luck

Leftovers from your dinner the night before.

Scarios, Ravioli, etc.

Pork and Beans (the can with tomato sauce)

Hot dogs.

What about cheese crackers, they run about 25 cents when you buy them in a pack. Also what about Vienna sausages or sardines, they are pretty cheap, you may come out spending about a dollar per meal. I know you dont like the microwavables but try "Michellinas Lean Gourmet", they are .99 at Wal-Mart.

This is what i do
Some fresh/ frozen veggies from a pack
add a dash of salt/pepper
cheese if you're not too weight conscious.
Microwave for three minutes
Yummy!
if you have a meat tooth, add a sliver or two of ham or bacon...

Upgrade from Ramen to Campells Soup At Hand. Some soups can be pretty healthy if you get some with veggies and less-fatty meats. Salads are good too. You can always get store-brand pasta salads cheap or the classic ceaser salad or even the exocticly sweet fruit salad. Pair it with a Chewy Granola Bar and Vitaman Water and your meals will be a little more noticeable.

why not try premade salad,s 3-4 different fruits carrot stick,s, a hand full of cashew nuts healthier than noodles i recon ...

The SMUCKER'S UNCRUSTABLES pbj, pb/honey, or toasted cheese. usually around $5.00 for a box of 10 (WAL-MART), leftovers, Chef Boyardee. Like mentioned cheap and healthy don't always go together (now we know why there are banks in grocery stores).

How about HOT POCKETS??? They are inexpensive and come in a variety of flavors. Also if you like fruit and vegetables, you could try one day eating fruit salad and the other day veggie salad. You could make the salads yourself so it will be cheaper. Try sandwiches, different types, like tuna, ham and cheese, turkey, and so on, there's not much calories in one of those. Good luck!!!

If you want healthful meals I would suggest staying away from anything prepared. Try to make a veggie soup. It's really easy and very healtful.

2 qt. boxes of chicken stock $4
1 large can of diced red tomatoes $1
1 can of small white beans $1

Add this to any veggies you like. I generally use 1 large onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 zucchini, 2 large carrots, 1 stalks of celery and one whole pepper. Sautee the veggies for about 5 minutes. Season it any way you like. I generally use a sprig of thyme and a bay leaf with plenty of salt and pepper. I would also suggest seasoning your veggies before you dump the liquid ingredients in. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. You can freeze this and it will give you about 8 servings.

Also try some pasta. Toss it with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Then reheat with frozen veggies and top with a little parm cheese.

You can do the same with rice. Just cook the rice in chicken stock. You can add veggies to this, salt and pepper.

I don't know if you mind eating the same thing a lot. If I like something I don't. I make a big pasta salad with all the things I like in it. It's usually different every time. I usually like garbanzos, white beans, lentils or Feta in mine for protein. I use either chopped cilantro or parsley, a vinaigrette, black pepper, different olives, different peppers, tomatoes, cuke, red or sweet onion, etc, etc, etc..... If you want to you can buy whole wheat pasta or Barilla pasta with protein. Take it in a plastic storage container and you don't even have to heat it.

Too easy. Buy only Morningstar spicy black bean burgers. Other brands and flavors do not measure up. Microwave as directed and put on lite whole wheat hamburger bun, which was warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds. You can use a little yellow mustard for flavor if you want. Voila. Lunch

salad

Get some bagels, (whatever kind you like) and some hummus and cucumbers. It's an easy thing to make and it's very filling! My favorite is everything bagels with roasted red pepper hummus.
