How do u make cheese pizza?!

Question:

How do u make cheese pizza?

Answers:
Cheese pizza has three basic components:

1. Dough/Crust. You can either make the dough yourself or buy preprepared dough from your pizza place (the way to go).

2. Sauce. A mixture of tomato sauce, herbs, salt, pepper and anything else you like.

3. Cheese. Mozarella shredded... or you can get a 4-cheese mixture.

Bake at (depending on the size and dough) at 425 for about 10-12 minutes.

Cheese Pizza
Ingredients
1 Ready-made pizza crust (like Pillsbury)
1 28 oz Can tomato puree
1 Large clove garlic, minced
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Basil
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix tomato puree, garlic and herbs in saucepan. Bring almost to boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Spread sauce on pre-made crust. (You probably won't use it all. Freeze the rest for next time.) Sprinkle with cheeses.

Bake at 500 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cook's Notes

Everyone loves pizza, but a brightly colored salad of spinach, red onion and oranges can compete--and complement the dinner.

The easiest way for me to make a pizza is to make a phone call! There are sooooo many pizzarias in my area to choose from and it's a lot less hassle!

You don't say if you're making the crust, or if you have a ready-made crust. Most supermarkets now sell pizza dough. There are some good ready-mades as well. If you have Trader Joe's near you, they have both regular and whole grain crusts. (you won't taste the difference with the whole grain, and it's healthier.) In many bread aisles, or sometimes the deli section, theres also something called "Boboli" crusts. That comes in regular, and now in whole wheat as well. Both types are a hanging display.

Just follow the direction on the packages. You spread some sauce (jarred is okay, but I always make my own) over the crust, not too much. Then add whatever toppings you'd like. Cooked chicken, pepperoni, meatballs slices, sausage, mushrooms, etc., etc. The choices are endless. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, or even a mixture of mozzarella and some other shredded cheese if you like, maybe some oregano. (before I add any of the above, I lightly brush the crust with a little olive oil, and sometimes spread fresh crushed garlic on as well.. both just options). Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 8 minuts. Watch carefully so as not to overcook. Some suggest putting the ready-made crusts directly on the oven grate if you want it a little more crisp, or on a cookie sheet. Both are fine. Again, just read the package directions for the ready-made crusts.

You go to pizza hut or domino's or another place and buy just a ball of dough. Then you go to a wine and cheese shop and buy the very best expensive real mozzarella cheese and a little Parmesan cheese to grate yourself onto the top. Then on to the best Italian restaurant and buy a cup of the very best spiced tomato sauce (make sure it is a top of the line 5 star place so the sauce is perfect). Then you go home, stretch out the dough, add the sauce and cheese and place the pie on that pizza stone you bought at the restaurant supply store and bake it as 575 degrees till the cheese is melted and the crust is done 20 to 35 minutes. Watch it as at high (575) degrees it can burn quickly and could be done at 15 minutes.
