How to make simple ice cream at home ?
Answers:
5 eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 cups cream
3 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2-3/4 gallon milk
Beat eggs until light and add sugar.
Mix in cream, vanilla and lemon extract.
Pour into your gallon ice cream freezer.
Fill to instructed level with milk.
Follow manufacture's directions from here on to freeze.

1. Place the plums in a microwave safe bowl with about 1/4 cup water, cover and heat until hot. Set aside.
2. Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and gourmet syrup.
4. Drain the plums and pat dry. Gently fold the plums into the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a one-quart pan or baking dish and freeze.
Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons rock salt (or regular salt if you can’t find rock salt)
1 gallon size Ziploc bag
1 pint size Ziploc bag
Ice
Fill the gallon size bag (the larger bag) with ice about half way and add the salt and seal it.
Mix the sugar, milk and vanilla in the small pint sized bag and seal it.
Open up the large bag and put the small bag inside and seal the large bag again.
Shake the bag and you’ll see your mixture in the small bag turn into ice cream! (It will take about 5 minutes of shaking)
Open up the small bag and enjoy!!

VANILLA ICE CREAM
This is a great way to make ice cream when your gelato machine is out for repair.
What you will need:
2 freezer bags (one has to be smaller then the other one)
In the small freezer bag:
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
200 ml (1 cup) of milk
2 tablespoons sugar
50 g (4 tablespoons) pure cream (18% milk also used in coffee)
In the big freezer bag:
25 ice cubes (if big cubes put 15, if small put 25)
5 tablespoons iodized salt (if normal salt, put in 10 tbsp)
Gather all ingredients.
Put the ingredients in each bag as specified. After, close the small bag, sealing well so that there are no leaks, and put it into the big bag.
Mix the contents of the bags well for at least 10-15 minutes. It should be thick and creamy. If so, then remove contents of inner bag and serve.
If the inner bag's contents are still liquid, put some more ice cubes and salt in the outer back and rub the two of the bags together longer.
THE BASE
mix 2 eggs until light and fluffy. add in 3/4 cup sugar. mix in 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and 1 cup milk.
Then for the flavor, I usually use vanilla bean. it is wonderful. I have also added in melted peanut butter right before it is finished in the ice cream freezer. Or add bananas close to the end. really anything that you want..candy, fruit, ect. :)

Once chilled, mix until slushy. Add the cream (whipped) and make sure it mixes in well. Transfer the mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
