How to cook Nigerian food that taste like it's from the Bukka?
How can one get that homeland flavour? Things never seem to taste the same when you cook it at home as opposed to when you buy it. Solutions?

One of the reasons most home prepared dishes don't taste like the original is that most recipes are restructured demographically because of access to traditional ingredients that may only be available in the "homeland" of origin. If you are referring to Bukka Restaurant owned by Hilton, they have the resources to import the ingredients that are needed to cater to clientele that need a little "home" cooking. My suggestion would be to find someone (an Owner) that works at a Nigerian restaurant, after downloading a few recipes, and ask them if they are true ingredients from the homeland, you may be surprised. I've done the same with German recipes and they even took me into the kitchen and let me watch them create the dish in question, sure, I payed for their time but it was well worth it and we all had a blast. Good Luck, Enjoy
the best way is to look in the recipe book!
