Answers:
Some really good grocery stores sell ready-made kabobs, and they can be made with almost anything: chicken, salmon, vegetables... you can buy as many as you need, mix and match.... then just grill them.... add green salad or potato salad, and Bob's your Uncle... plus it lends itself well to eating outdoors on the patio! And the little bite size chunks can be fun for your kids.

mmmhh. indian rice with chicken marinated with buffalo wing sauce.

hey..4 kiddos here,too! :)

Mexican Chicken Bake (my own recipe)

1 can of Campbells chicken verde soup
boneless/skinless chicken breast strips (probably 2 for each person
Mexican rice box mix
shredded 2% cheese

Prepare Mexican rice and place in 9 x 13 glass dish, put a light layer of shredded cheese.

Slice chicken strips length wise and saute in olive oil until no longer pink and place on top of rice.

Pour soup (do not add all the water they say - perhaps just 1/2 can and mix) over chicken and layer more cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!

You can layer all this over rice or refried beans in bottom of pan. Also, serve with salsa and extra sour cream, if desired.

Chicken breasts (lemon pepper, teriyaki, whatever marinade you like)

Rice

California blend vegetables (broccoli, califlower and carrots)
with a cheese sauce. It's really simple to make just mix velveeta cheese a dash of milk and some pepper. Cook until all cheese is melted. Let sit for a minute or two to thicken and enjoy.

You could also make some pudding or cake for desert for a healthy complete meal.

American crunchy tacos and refried beans? Watermelon.

Cheeseburgers (no bun) and mashed potatoes and salad.
Fresh fruit salad with black grapes, watermelon, and strawberries.

Well I had a number of suggestions until that line about trying to eat healthy. I'm not good at that, so I will make the few suggestions that I can.

Tacos - Just ground beef with a can of Rotel mixed in for flavor. I also like a little cumin in mine. Serve it with a can (or two) of Ranch style beans (if you like the refried texture, then stick em in a blender for a few seconds.) and some rice again with a can of Rotel for flavor.

Chicken Stir Fry "stuff" - I like to do one chicken breast per person eating, maybe a half one for children with small appetites. Marinate for a couple hours in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Get a bag of mixed vegetables from the freezer section. Saute the chicken tilled lightly browned on both sides (Make sure the chicken is done.) pull the pieces from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before cubing them. In the same pan throw in the chicken back in with the veggies and a dash of the marinade liquid. Steam some rice and viola, instant Asian chicken stir fry stuff.

Sorry that's all I've got that I think is even remotely "healthy."

Check the meat case for specials!! I just got back from the store & picked up a three-pack of gorgeous thick cut rib-eyes regular price $24 & I got them for $8......Get some turkey dogs for the kids & grill out!!
