beef & shrimp stir-fry

Yield: 4 servings
? pounds Boneless tender beef
2 tablespoon Cornstarch, divided
2 teaspoon Soy sauce plus
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Dry sherry plus
1 tablespoon Dry sherry

Add beef and soy sauce mixture; cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens, about 1 minute.

Chicken and Shrimp Stir Fry is on of my husbands favorite meals. Save the fish for Friday.

May depend on whom you are cooking for, but how but a nice chili using any of the above listed meats, cheese, onions, ....with corn bread? Simple...different...

Maybe grill some kabobs?

Serve it with some iced tea, but stay away from the iocane powder.

what im making.....SHEPARDS PIE

hamburger
gravy
mixed vegatables
pie crust
potatoes (instant works)

my son is home from the army and this is his favorite so tonite i will make him a very happy guy..... : o

make shrimp gumbo..

I would go with the Tilapia Fillets....pan fried in a little olive oil, salt & pepper
Garlic & Butter Rice and a green salad.
Serve with lemons. Voila!

If you want something really light for dinner,

consider the tilapia, coated heavily on both sides with either chopped nuts or sesame seeds and lightly fry on both sides. Or you can bake them for a healthier meal. The toasted nuts/seeds makes the fish taste excellent!

Try with a salad of mixed greens with some homemade croutons (super easy to make), some Paul Newman Low Fat Sesame Ginger dressing with maybe some of the grilled chicken breast on the top. Yuuuuuuummmmmm
