How can I make chicken that tastes like Taco Bell's spicy chicken?!

Question:

How can I make chicken that tastes like Taco Bell's spicy chicken?

Taco Bell's shredded spicy chicken is so good. It could be better if it was a little chunkier, but still, it's delicious. I'm just wondering if anyone here knows of a similar spicy shredded chicken recipe. I don't have a crock pot or slow cooker, but I do have a conventional oven.

Taco Bell is delicious, as long as you stay away from the ground beef. Stick to chicken and steak.

Simmer some chicken in a can of Rotel tomatoes with a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Add some chicken broth so it is thin enough that the bottom won't scorch. Add in some chilie powder and a little bit of cumin, and it will tase almost exactly like it. But better. ;)

Why in the world anyone would want to make something that tastes like Toxic Hell is beyond me but here ya go, this is all I could find: http://www.recipezaar.com/215459...

I'd suggest that you purchase a package of Taco Bell seasoning to add to your chicken. Also, chicken thighs have more flavor than breasts. Simmer your chicken in the seasoning mix along with tomatos or tomato sauce and then shred.

I actually bought a small tub of Taco Bell brand shredded spicy chicken in the meat department at Walmart. It served about 5 and tasted just like Taco Bell.

boil or bake your chicken pieces . When cool, tear into shreads or cut into chunks. Place in fry pan and follow directions on Taco Bell's taco or fajita spice packet that you can purchase at the store.

try kopykat.com they have a lot of recipes from restaurants, etc FAIR WARNING: its been awhile since Ive gone in there so it may no longer exist

go to your local grocery store and get the spicey taco seasoning
