My recipe for a wonderful banana bread is so simple:
-2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 mashed bananas

You mix the sugar and butter until smooth. Then add the eggs and the bananas, and last the dry ingredients (flour, salt,...)
Pre-heat oven to 375 and cook for 45 minutes.
If the bananas are black outside, will be better. Of course, add walnuts if you like. Enjoy!

Search for a recipe that includes yogurt (or add yogurt to your recipe). The yogurt will keep the bread nice and moist.
