Steak spice?!

Question:

Steak spice?

Is there anyone out there has a way to cook steak with out useing steak spice

Answers:
Just grill it, it tastes great.

Salt and pepper is all I ever use.

cook it as you normally would, but without the spices

Ya, make it the way you normally do, and here's the kicker, LEAVE OFF THE SPICE.

a way I make it is i get a good cut of meat..a tender cut of meat that's at room temperature like a nice rib-eye or a t- bone...add nothing to it no salt no pepper no nothing..here is the secret : use a black cast iron pan get it hot and add bacon grease add the steak to it and don't fuss with it for 3 Min's..flip it and let it kick for 3 more Min's...then flip it again and cover it and turn off the fire..this will be medium rare..wait 10 Min's before taking out of pan
add S&P at the dinner table along with A-1 its absolutely fabulous.steak frys and texas toast goes well with this

use only salt white pepper and orange juice approx 2 oranges for 2 pounds, and for more flavor use garlic and shallots

I use worsechestershire, soy sauce, cajun spice and pepper, then throw on the grill, seriously the juciest steak I have ever eaten.

Pepper, a little salt and lemon juice. It's the perfect seasoning!

Yes - just don't use any! salt [sea salt] and fresh ground peper work wonders. Your supposed to enjoy the flavor of the meat not just the spices or steak sauce. Makes you wonder what is being hidden???
