Whats a good way to make salmon?

Answers:
Put Mr and Mrs Salmon together and hey presto you made salmon ............. sorry couldn't resist it !!!!!

Salmon grilled in honey ,soy sauce & garlic is lovely served with new potaoes and fresh steamed green beans.

I loved my Salmon Bar-B-Qued. Its great.

My personal and most recommended recipe is to take your pre-cut salmon, and season it with salt(not too much) and then let it sit in a casserole dish with Oyster Sauce covering it. Let it sit in the dish with the Oyster Sauce on it for about 15-20 minutes.....during that time, fire up your grill! Once your grill has come down to a preferred tempature, place the salmon on the grill, lightly coating more Oyster Sauce onto the Salmon as you grill it.......once your finished, time to eat!

It's a delicious way to cook your Salmon, love it!

Puff Pastry Salmon
INGREDIENTS
2 (12 ounce) skinless, boneless salmon fillets
seasoned salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 (17.25 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/3 cup pesto
1 (6 ounce) package spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Season the salmon fillets with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Divide 1/2 of the spinach between two sheets of puff pastry, and mound in the center. Place a salmon fillet on top of each mound of spinach. Spread the pesto on the salmon fillets, and top with remaining spinach. Moisten the edges of the puff pastry with water, fold to the center, and seal the seams.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden, and the salmon has cooked all the way through.

You could Filet it, Bake it, I normally fry mine.......If it is the whole fish you could eject a flavor (ex: melted butter, parsley, BBQ, etc....) You could also put some kind of stuffing in it....

Simple Baked Salmon
* 2 salmon filets (approx. 1/2 lb each)
* olive oil
* tartar sauce

A quick and easy dish that requires very little effort. It works best with fresh salmon purchased the same day you plan to eat it.

Put salmon filets in a glass baking dish. Drizzle a little olive oil over the filets and flip them over a couple of times to spread the oil and get a little oil on the bottom of the baking dish and the under side of the filets.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the filets. You want them to be cooked until they start to flake and become opaque inside, but don't dry them out.

Serve with tartar sauce and carrot salad.
