Easy Low Calorie Desserts?
I'm looking for some easy low calorie desserts. I don't have a lot of time for cooking, so must be under 5 ingredients. Thanks for your help.

Angel food cake is always a good place to start. You can top it with strawberries and whip cream from a can (very few calories. Or top it with low calorie ice cream. One of my favorites these days is ready to eat puddding - 60 calories in a little cup! Wouldn't serve that one to guests, though. Fresh fruit cut up with a scoop or sorbet is a great summertime dessert. Put it in a pretty dish!
chill fat free milk , and 5-10 nuts of fresh badam with calorie free sugar ,.soak badam over night in water and then grind and whip all together with sugar.Tastes yum for desert shake.!
another desert :
slices of pinapple (u can get the tinned ones) and can add hershey chocolate sauce over it.A very quick desert. provided u like pineapples.
Chocolate covered strawberries.
Just melt chocolate almond bark in a bowl in the microwave. Dip the strawberries individually and let them dry on a sheet of foil. People will be impressed and they aren't overly fatty or decadent.
Another idea is to put fresh fruit into bowls and top with some whipped cream. Summer is the ideal time to serve this easy and healthy dessert.
Banana pudding with banana slices and vanilla wafers! A childhood favorite all adults will be elated to eat!
