How to cook basic cooking meals?!

Question:

How to cook basic cooking meals?

How do you cook basic meals without burning them or without making them stick to your pans?

Answers:
Try using small amounts of healthy oils like olive or canola oil. Don't turn the flame up too high, and don't use a lot of sauces with sugars--they get sticky. I start most meals with a combination of onion, garlic, and bell pepper. It adds tons of flavor to meals without a lot of salt or fat. Plus they're all very healthy.

keep an eye on them (don't walk away - you're supposed to be cooking, after all) and use a tablespoon of oil in the pan before the food.

It really depends on what you are cooking. Try to go with directions as much as possible when you are using recipes, use oil in the bottom of your pans. If your stove is new you might have a higher temperature than a well-used stove, so if you are having trouble with burned food, try turning down the temp while you are cooking.

I use Pam spray in the bottom of my pans for eggs and such. Good luck!

butter spray or butter or olive oil to keep things non stick use teflon pans and such
try to keep and eye on ur food and a timer handy and watch heat settings
