Does anyone know how to cook Flank Steak Rolls?!

Question:

Does anyone know how to cook Flank Steak Rolls?

I bought some flank steak rolls and I don't know the best way to cook them. I looked on the internet and all they had was stuffed steak.

Answers:
The most hassel free way I know to make them is this way (in a crock pot):

Butterfly the steak - lay it out flat, cut into the middle of the steak half way (if the steak is 1/2" thick, cut 1/4" into it. Spreads the cut and insert the knife so you can cut inside,,,you are going to make a pocket for the stuffing.

Inside the steak, use prepared dry stuffing mix and use toothpicks to clse the hole.

Role the steak (on the inside so the cut is folded and not exposed) and place it whole side up (the opposite side of the cut) and sprinkle it with 1-2 cans of chopped canned mushrooms and either brown gravy mix or onion soup mix. The juice from the muchrooms should be enough liquid. Cook on high for 6 hours. It will want to fall apart when you take it out so use two spatulas to lift it out or have someone help you.

check out the site below, they have many recipes for Flank Steak Rolls.
