What is a good alternative for aluminum foil in a toaster oven?!

Question:

What is a good alternative for aluminum foil in a toaster oven?

I keep reading about the dangers of using aluminum but I love using my toaster oven to re-heat very cheesy pizza and I can't think of anything else to use under it except foil.
Anyone have an answer other than having to totally scrub out the whole thing after every use?

I've never heard of Silpat but it sounds wonderful. Where do you buy it?

There is a rubber mat called SILPAT. They make it for toaster ovens and nothing sticks to it. It's great even if the French invented it. They also make cheaper versions.

Do they make a small Silpat that size??? I have seen the silicone you cut to fit, maybe that could work. Or parchment paper would be the disposable way to go...

Parchment paper used to line pans and bake / roast on... A small oven-safe plate if it will fit...

Parchment paper....that's what is used in professional kitchens!

I just put it on the rack. Whatever falls, burns to a crisp and flakes off. I'm not worried what the inside of my toaster oven looks like.
