Chinese food?!

Question:

Chinese food?

How about some simple and quick recipes for some favorite Chinese dishes?

Answers:
Ok, this is going to seem like a lot, but you can make it in under 20 minutes, I swear. I make it all the time - can't get enough.

Bourbon Chicken:

1-2 TB Olive Oil
1 crushed garlic clove
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup Apple Juice
2 TB Ketchup
2 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 TB flour

1 lb. chopped white or dark meat chicken, tossed in flour

Brown garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingrediants and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, brown chicken in a seperate skillet and add to sauce mixture.

Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice with your favorite chinese veggies!

It tastes a lot like store bought General Tso to me....that's why I love it!

Chinese food is seducing. It's a sexy dish

chicken: 1 whole chix chop in small portions (smaller than for a fried chix), 1/4 ginger chop, 1/2 cup sesame oil, 3T brown sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 clove garlic chop, little ground pepper, 1T rice/cooking wine. Stir ginger & garlic w/sesame oil until a little brown, add chix, soy sauce, sugar, pepper. Put 1 cup of water & add wine. let it stand in low fire until chix is tender. make sure the sauce won't dry up. this must have a salt-sweet taste. enjoy!

Call your local Chinese restaurant and order up put an apron on and some powder on your face and act exhausted LOL..
