Seafood stir fry?!

Question:

Seafood stir fry?

what vegetables would you put? it's going to be shrimp and scallops for the meat

Answers:
Shredded Leeks.
Matchsticks of Carrot, Parsnip, Kumara and Celery with some light soy sauce and a little fish sauce.
It would need to have some taste but not so much that it overwhelms the seafood.

i would put onion, lots of garlic, scallions, red peppers, maybe zuchinni, pepper, cilantro, mushrooms....

I would just buy a bag of stir fry
It comes with all kinds of vegies, and just toss it with the meat.
U can even add noodles.

Ps. If u like garlic, it would be good to saute the shrimp with lots of garlic.

You can buy a frozen stir fry mix. Most the the time it includes broccoli, carrots, snow peas, onions and peppers. Also you can throw in some sliced water chestnuts, baby corn, and bean sprouts.

Get a frozen bag of stir fry vegetables and cook them until they are almost cooked and then put in the sea food and stir until the seafood is cooked. Do not over cook the seafood.

Onion, garlic, snow peas, bean sprouts, ginger, peppers and broccoli.
